Craby Cakes!

So I tried to make this one dish I do love so very much.


I used the the good REAL crab meat (claw), and all the seasonings. I think, I know I over salted them. They "looked" really good........, like the ones at some restaurants. The smelled good too! I feel so silly for putting in the sea salt. I should have known that the Worcestershire sauce the recipe called for would provide all the additional salt they needed.

Anyway without further stalling.... , I (regretfully) present to you My Crab Cakes (over-salted) with a side of fluffy corn bread!

I will not include the recipe for failed attempts....
